Cutting: According to the design-drawings, the steelsheets(open and flat) are cut into the different sizes by thehigh-accuracy machines, without error and burrs
Pressing:The CNC machine tools and othermachine tools work with the big-scale moulds together to realizethe standard and flowline production, which assure the productionefficiency and quality
Bending: Skilled manpower and advanced facilities makesure the clear lines and perfect appearance
Welding: Locate the work piecesinto the fixed mould, firmly weld with CO2 shielded welding orargon-arc welding and then conduct slag removing andpolishing.
Coating: All the sheet material parts will go through 13treatments of water cleaning, acid-washing, phosphating etc. Theimporting automatic spray facilities and top-quality powderpromise the coating to be flat and smooth, non-toxic andsmell
Installation: To ensure the firmness of every screw, theinstallation work shop adopts pneumatic tools to conduct mass andflowline production
